Returns Policy

You may return most new and opened items within 30 days of delivery. You must have all original packaging, manuals etc for opened merchandise.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Items that are written on, defaced or damaged in anyway are not returnable.

We are not responsible if any of our cables don't meet specific building codes in area.
Please check the building codes in your area before ordering cables.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your Invoice and Return number

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
